The most expensive misunderstanding in consumer money claims is assuming the 120-day chargeback window runs from the payment date. Frequently it does not.

For undelivered goods it usually runs from the date delivery was due. For services, from the date the work was due. For events, from the event date. Section 75 runs for years rather than months.
